These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of:

(collectively, the “Website” and “Services”).The Services are operated by Carol Mills, M.D., operating as Carol Mills MD Life Coaching (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Website or purchasing or using any Services, you agree to be bound
by these Terms.
1. Nature of Services
The Services include educational programs, coaching services, digital courses, and
related materials, including without limitation The I CAN Formula™ and Revive Your MD
Mind. All Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only and are not medical services. Use of the Website or Services does not create a physician–patient relationship, therapeutic relationship, or clinical duty of care. Please review the separate Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website or purchase Services. By using the Website, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Account Registration
Some Services require account creation.
You agree to:
• Provide accurate information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Payment and Refunds
All prices are listed in the currency specified at checkout. By purchasing a Service, you authorize us (and our third-party payment processors) to charge the applicable fees.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
• Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
• Coaching services require cancellation at least 24 hours in advance to avoid
forfeiture of the session fee.
• Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights you may have under
applicable consumer protection law.
5. Digital Course License
Upon purchase of a digital course or product, you are granted a limited, personal, non-
exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials for your
own personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
• Share login credentials
• Reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, upload, post, transmit, or sell course
materials
• Create derivative works
• Use materials for commercial training, coaching, or certification
• Record or redistribute live sessions
Access is granted for the duration stated at purchase. “Lifetime access” means access
for as long as the Company continues to make the program available. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue programs at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
All Website content and course materials, including text, graphics, logos, videos,
downloads, frameworks, and program structures, are owned by or licensed to the
Company and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The I CAN Formula™ is used as a trademark. Unauthorized use of our trademarks,
branding, or materials is prohibited. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property to you.
7. No Guarantees
We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, financial performance,
personal transformation, or other benefits. Individual results vary.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use the Website for unlawful purposes
• Post defamatory, abusive, or harmful content
• Attempt to interfere with Website functionality
• Reverse engineer or exploit the Website or course platforms
We reserve the right to restrict access for violations.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Services may be delivered through third-party platforms (e.g., course hosting providers,
payment processors, email services). We are not responsible for outages, errors, or data breaches arising from third-party platforms beyond our reasonable control.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the
Website or Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its directors, officers,
contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your infringement of intellectual property rights
13. Termination
