12 Weekly Group Coaching Calls - Wednesday 8:00-9:00 EST (ZOOM)

Group coaching is one of the most powerful ways to learn from others. When we listen to others be coached we are better able to see the same patterns in our own thoughts. We learn that we are all in this together!

8 Modules with Worksheets/Reflective Exercises
You move through the modules at your own pace. With lessons and actions tasks to guide you along. Need help, have questions , Slack is right there for you. 

Private Slack Community Just for the Group

Learning anything new is always a bit tricky. In the private group you can find support from your peers, post models for feedback, and ask questions.

Monthly Q&A/Model Feedback Calls

I want you to be sure you get off to the best start with your own self coaching.  This is where you can come with all your questions to start mastering self coaching and ask any questions about Coaching.

Individual Coaching

Three private 30 minutes Coaching sessions. You choose what you want to work on and we dive in!

We meet every week Wednesday at 8PM EST for Coaching.

The Slack Group

Slack is your one stop place for support for with the modules and your coaching journey. Your peers in the group will be right there with you, sharing the same human struggles,  encouraging you and celebrating with you as you grow! Slack is a distraction free community that is perfect for busy people!
